Soups to Make Your Winter Much Cosier

In this winter special edition, we bring to you 8 yummy soup recipes to satiate your hunger pangs during those long wintry evenings.

1. Ramen With Bacon and Soft-boiled Egg Soup
 
Do not limit bacon and eggs to just your breakfast. Cook a nice broth using vegetable or chicken stock and add sauces that you like the most. Add the ramen to your bowl. Top it off with crispy bacon strips and liquidy soft-boiled eggs. Garnish it with parsley.

2. Tomato Soup With Parmesan and Croutons
 

Quick tip: boil the tomatoes so that the skin comes off easily. Make a fine broth of it, add a dash of salt and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it. Make crispy croutons using your air fryer and use it as your delicious soup topping.

3. Creamy Broccoli and Spinach Soup
 

The healthiest ever combination and the most comforting winter soup. Add the vegetable broth, broccoli and potato. Simmer until tender and then add spinach until wilted. Make a fine, saucy paste using the blender and then top it off with sour cream, some butter and a pinch of black pepper.

4. Asian Noodle Soup With Shrimp
 

Take a large pot and bring jalapeno, soy sauce and chicken broth to boil. Add some shrimps, noodles and cabbage to it. Make sure the shrimps are cooked properly and the noodles are tender. Garnish with some rice vinegar and basil leaves and your OH-SO-FISHY soup is ready.

5. Ginger Chicken soup with Vegetables
 

Stir ginger, onion, green chilies and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add chicken stock, turnip carrot, peas and mushrooms. Cook the vegetables until tender. Add chicken pieces to it and cook until soft and juicy. You can serve it with garlic bread.

6. Carrot and Coriander soup
 

This soup gets flavorful because of fried slices of garlic and ginger added to a fine and tender paste of carrot and coriander. A filling and nutritious dinner. This soup is the best choice for those who are dieting and counting on calories.

7. Chicken Miso Soup
 

On the lighter and healthier side, the shiitake mushrooms, miso paste and soy sauce gives this soup a fresh and happy Japanese flavor. A soup on the simpler side, it is easier to cook and also can be prepared in less than 25 minutes.

8. Pea Soup
 

Boil fresh peas and make a fine paste with cream in a blender. Put it back in the pot Make sure the paste has a thick consistency. Granish it with sliced ginger and coriander leaves.
