Japanese-style shrimps are great to impress a hungry horde. Light and crisp, make these at home.

Ingredients

  • Half sheet size of noriwrapper

    2 medium size shrimp

    15 gm chopped Jalapeno

    15 gm chopped onion

    10 gm iceberg lettuce

    100 gm sushi  rice

    10 gm flying fish roe

Method

In a sushi mat, place the nori wrapper and then spread the sushi rice until all the nori is covered with rice evenly.

Now arrange all the ingredients inside.

Roll and cut it to 6 pieces.

Then add flying fish roe on the top of each roll.

Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and soya sauce.
