A decadent treat for your kids and loved ones. Easy to make, this banoffee pie is soaked in caramel sauce, accompanied with the flavor of banana.
Ingredients
100 gms digestive biscuit
30 gms melted butter
60 gms chocolate sauce
60 gms caramel sauce
15 gms coffee powder
200 gms whipping cream
2 banana
45 gms grated chocolate
Method
Crush biscuits in a food processor. Add melted butter, mix well and keep aside.
Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed, then add caramel sauce, continue beating.
Once the caramel sauce is incorporated well, add chocolate sauce and coffee powder which is dispersed in 1tbsp water
Slice
the banana and start to layer the dessert. Since is a deconstructed
dessert, we will use individual glasses to layer the dessert.
Start with the biscuit mix.
Fill 1/4 of the glass with biscuit mix followed by the cream mix.
Fill the glass enough, leaving some place for few pieces of sliced banana
Top the glass with some grated chocolate.
The deconstructed banoffee is ready to be served
